Jump testing should be simple, but most tools tell a different story. Jump mats are expensive, bulky, and can be unreliable. Manual methods are a hassle to set up, too cumbersome for regular use in training. On top of that, the user experience of other products left a lot to be desired.
That’s why we built OVR Jump. Accurate, affordable, and user-friendly. It’s lightweight and quick to set up – whenever and wherever you need it.
OVR Jump creates a non-visible laser barrier on the ground. It knows when you're on the ground and when you're in the air.
From this, it can calculate your jump height, RSI, and GCT. It shows this on the display to increase intensity and track progress.
Jump Height (in/cm): The maximum height reached during the jump.
Ground Contact Time (s): The time spent on the ground during plyometric movements.
Reactive Strength Index: Jump height divided by ground contact time. A measure of how efficiently force is produced.
If your training doesn't improve, let us know within 60 days for a full refund. USA only.
OVR Jump is a vertical jump device. Jump in the sensor and it will measure jump height, GCT, or RSI.
Turn both bars on, when LEDs are green, you are ready to go
Stand with one foot in the laser, once you land your score appears
See data on the device's screen or save data to the app

Jump height, RSI, and ground contact time show exactly how an athlete is adapting

Compare jump height, RSI, and ground contact time session to session to see progress over time.

Results show the moment the athlete lands, providing instant motivation to push past PRs.

Catch fatigue before it's too late, seeing performance decline within a session or over time.

Match the testing to your goal. Jump height for power, RSI for reactive strength, GCT for plyometrics.

Make decisions based on data, not feel. Declining performance flags fatigue before it turns into an injury.
Tether multiple bars together to double, triple, or quadruple jumping area.
Tether up to six receivers
Switch on the device or in the app
Measure your vertical jump height
Measure RSI, jump height, and ground contact time
Measure an athlete's time on the ground

Every jump syncs to the free OVR Connect app. Track progress over time, see trends, share with athletes.
“It's nice to have an app, even better to not NEED it.” Alex B., Facility Owner

OVR Jump is lighter, more portable, works on nearly any surface, and doesn't rely on pressure thresholds. It also provides instant results on the device without requiring a phone.
Yes. Place the sender and receiver, turn the device on, and jump. No calibration or resetting is required between athletes.
OVR Jump measures:
Different modes can be selected directly on the device or in the app.
With proper use, OVR Jump is very consistent at measuring jump height, RSI, and GCT. An athlete's position is measured 1,000 times per second to ensure precise measurements.
Tether mode allows you to extend the laser barrier to ensure an athlete never jumps outside the range of the 18 inch receiver.
Follow the instructions in the user manual to use multiple OVR Jumps to extend coverage in 18" increments: 36", 54", and beyond, up to 6 receivers tethered together.
