Brett Morse, a former NCAA All-American athlete, trains high-level athletes both online and in-person. He uses OVR Jump and OVR Sprint after being disappointed by inefficient laser timers and jump mats from other brands. Brett uses the devices to transform his training approach by helping him see what's actually working in his programs, and when athletes need recovery time based on performance dips.

Who

I am a former NCAA All-American athlete turned sports performance coach that trains high-level athletes both online and in person. I am a certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and have a degree in human performance. I am currently located in Saratoga Springs, NY but train athletes all over the world through private online coaching.

Why OVR?

I have used multiple other forms of performance tracking technology such as laser timers and vertical jump mats and have found them to be expensive, inefficient, and most importantly inaccurate. I was fortunate enough to come across OVR and have been using their sprint lasers and jump device and I am beyond impressed. In terms of ease of use, affordability, metric and data tracking, efficiency, and an amazing app, nothing else comes close. I'm not one to give praise about a brand like this unless I think they truly deserve it.

Results

These devices have taken my training (both myself and my athletes) to the next level. I've learned what aspects of my programming are working and what aspects are not working, and can also now see real time signs of when its time for a de-load due to performance dips. In my opinion, these are the most important aspects of performance coaching.
