Mosess Menendez owns a gym in New Jersey and runs the TPC Strength System, coaching youth to college athletes (primarily baseball) while also serving as a D3 baseball S&C coach. He uses OVR Jump and OVR Velocity because they're easy to set up, travel with, and affordable for both his private gym and low-budget college environments. The devices have created a competitive culture in his gym through data tracking, and he uses them to monitor athletes recovering from injuries, with 95 college-committed athletes having trained at his facility since 2020.
Who
My name is Mosess Menendez. I’m a Certified Westside Barbell Coach & Strength Sports Performance Coach (SSPC). I own a Gym in New Jersey and my program TPC Strength System where I coach youth athletes from Middle School to College (majority being Baseball with a few professional athletes). I’m also a D3 baseball S&C coach. After graduating High school in 2008 I would walk on to play professional baseball for a short period of time but had a career ending injury in February 2014, then moving into competitive powerlifting. After Pro baseball I also worked part time as a coach until 2019 where I decided to go full time and created the TPC Strength System. Since opening my gym full-time in 2020 I have had 95 college committed athletes through my doors.
