We use this tech in a variety of ways and in combination with different methods to get the desired training outcome. We have found a lot of success running fly 10's on the OVR Sprint with Brandon Byrd's wicket system and sprint times melt away. The OVR Velocity really helps us dictate our training whether we are looking for a dynamic effort squat/bench/deadlift or a brief maximal tension approach where we want to slow the bar down. The OVR Jump is primarily used for GCT in combination with hurdles.
